Tucson Hydrocontrols was established more than 2 decades ago in 1987 with an objective to produce and supply state-of-the-art cartridge valve technology to hydraulic valve users. The main plant of the company was set up in Umbergaon in the Valsad District of Gujarat, India with ancilliaries spread across the sub-continent. The core company has steadily grown over the past two decades to now include four plants across Western India. All the plants are built to the highest standards of cleanliness and boast a dust-free working environment. The cutting-edge technology deployed at the plants includes a fleet of CNC vertical machining and turning centers, centreless grinding machines and an array of lathes and conventional machine tools mainly used for prototype work. At the forefront of the company is Pralhad Dabholkar, a hardcore technocrat with over 35 years of experience exclusively in hydraulics and over 25 years in cartridge valve technology who oversees the the design and development of new and innovative products. He is assisted by his enterprising son Raj Dabholkar who has taken over the reigns of in-house production as well as Customer Service.
